Pauline provided strategic and operational leadership for the fundraising program at HopeHealth during a period of explosive growth and innovation. She developed an expanding and robust, full-service philanthropy program. It included successful donor acquisition, mail appeals, capital campaigns, special events and major donor cultivation. This was a complex task as the organization began as a hospice, then diversified, adding palliative care, home-based primary care and an Alzheimer’s services organization. Pauline was able to retain core donors while adding new supporters. Year after year the results equaled or exceeded those of many comparable organizations twice our size.”
